It was made assuming your computer can handle Fallout 3 on Maximum Graphical Settings. IF YOU HAVE A VERY LOW END PC, USE MY INI FILE WITH CAUTION, FOR IF YOUR COMPUTER STRUGGLES TO EVEN RUN FALLOUT 3 WITH MAX GRAPHIC SETTINGS, IT WILL PROBABLY STRAIN IT FURTHER.

Note: I have top of the line hardware, so I have optimized my INI file for PC's that can handle Fallout 3 with no issues (It has Fallout 3's settings set to highest).
